The relevance and demand of graduates on a labor market, ability to adapt quickly employer`s requirements or change specialty in short period time are one the main aspects that becoming more important necessary. It is connected with growing amount information increase uncertainty level. development soft skills (together professional skills) students helps improve flexibility, prompt reaction, speed decision-making as well sensitivity, system solution. So, result there stable personality employee. article presents research undergraduate from Samara State Agrarian University. obtained results have shown relevant ways, approaches methods for skills. recommendations been also analyzed. has proved additional education, especially foreign languages, contributes following skills: multilingualism multiculturalism, work people, under unstable conditions, creative thinking flexibility behavior.
